For our St. Maarten office, we are currently recruiting an Office Manager.
As an Office Manager you will be the first point of contact for matters relating to the office, both internally and externally. You will carry out all common activities independently concerning secretarial and organizational matters for the St. Maarten office. The Office Manager correctly communicates the quality objective, the vision and the policy of the organization to colleagues and external parties, supports the management and business activities in widest sense of the word and fulfills an exemplary role in this respect. The nature of this position is executive, organizing and initiating.
- A bachelor’s degree or a post-secondary education complemented with a Management Assistant training;
- You are a quality and results driven, accurate person who likes to take initiative
- You are up to new challenges;
- You are customer oriented and a pleasant person to work with;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and preferably Dutch)
