Baker Tilly in St. Maarten is an independent member of Baker Tilly International and is part of a worldwide network of financial specialists in the field of accountancy, tax and management consultancy.

For our St. Maarten office, we are currently recruiting an Office Manager.

As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact in the office, both internally and externally. You will carry out all common activities independently concerning organizational matters for the St. Maarten office. The Office Manager correctly communicates the quality objective, the vision and the policy of the organization to colleagues and external parties, monitors supply lines, supports the management and fulfills an exemplary role in this respect. The nature of this position is executive, organizing, invoicing and initiating.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or a post-secondary education complemented with a Management Assistant training;
  • You are a quality and results-driven, accurate person who likes to take initiative
  • You are up to new challenges;
  • You are customer-oriented and a pleasant person to work with;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and preferably Dutch)
