Apply for business payroll support for the month of July 2020 on St. Maarten
The SZV recently announced that it is now possible to apply for business payroll support for the month of July 2020.The same requirements and stipulations should be applicable for July as for the month of June 2020.
As of today, no legislation or decree has been published on which this payroll support is based. The SZV has informed us, however, that the Minister of Finance is working on the relevant legislation. In the meantime, the online portal has been activated and is accepting applications for payroll support.
Please note that the deadline for application is set at October 2nd, 2020. Therefore, if you are interested in applying for payroll support for the month of July 2020, we advise you to submit your application as soon as possible, but in any case before this deadline.
