Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean is hiring a Payroll Specialist.
Do you have a tax, administrative or financial background with an interest in payroll and compliance? This vacancy is for you. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who combines strong administrative skills with a solid understanding of payroll processes and employment legislation. In this role, you will support the payroll function by ensuring accurate processing, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with local payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records
Monitor payroll deadlines and support statutory filings
Assist with inquiries from employees and external authorities
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pro-active, reliable and a team player
